Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any orders. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your product(s), please submit a Replacement Request, and we will be happy to assist.
Order Cancellation/ Order Modification
To cancel or make changes to your order, please notify us via email info@woofyboo.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a complaint along with photos of the item to info@woofyboo.com. After reviewing your request, we will decide whether to send a replacement or process a refund.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee, taxes/duties and rush fees are not refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We will promptly provide you with all shipping details, including the address and tracking information, to help you investigate & locate the package. If it's confirmed that the package was not delivered to your address, we will remanufacture and send a new one to you.
