1, How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for a full refund before the item is in production status. But the rush fee is not refundable. To cancel/ see if we can cancel your order, please email us at info@woofyboo.com. 

2, What kind of pet pictures should I provide?

- One picture at least for Face, Back, Right Side, Left Side, Belly, Tail

- Good resolution

- Good quality camera

- Good lighting (better daylight, outdoor with little background. Avoid using built-in flash)

- Pose correctly 

- Good focus (no blurry photos)

3, Is the shipping fee refundable?

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and it will be deducted from the refundable amount. International orders might have duties or taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

4, Who will pay for the return shipping fee?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee if you don't want to the items anymore. 

5, How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number after the package is shipped. The package can be tracked when the package arrives in your country and is taken over by the local carrier.
